- Parental Consent & Waiver of Responsibility: In consideration of the East Central Hockey Development accepting a student in the said hockey programs, it is agreed that all risks, including legal risks, relating to the hockey development are assumed without limitation by the undersigned and that this assumption of risk is acknowledged, approved, and agreed to by the undersigned as by indicated by their signature hereto.
Hockey School Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued until June 30, 2024 less an administration fee of 20% of total registration fee. In the event of an injury or accident prior to, or during the camp, a pro-rated portion of the registration will be refunded if the request is accompanied by a physician note. There will be no refund if a player leaves on his/her own accord or is expelled from the camp.
